How often does the power really go out in Baltimore?

Does Baltimore have the most power outages in the nation?

Why does Baltimore lose power so often during storms and heat waves?
Two main reasons, per BGE. Summer thunderstorms bring down trees and limbs, which cause roughly half of storm outages. And during extreme heat, surging demand triggers underground cable faults on aging infrastructure — BGE has directly blamed outages on 'extreme use and extreme heat.' Both are getting more frequent as extreme weather increases.
How long do Baltimore power outages last?
